Abstract:
The article is devoted to the study of the peculiarities of the formation of the interregional economic space, which is accompanied by the uncharacteristic processes of the existing economic model, the emergence of new participants in economic relations, the complex nature of specific relationships between agents, the creation of new vectors for further development. The transformation of the economy of the country and its territories gives rise to a system of properties and features, the components of which have a temporal causal-conformational character. It is substantiated that its consequences are the source of potential obstacles for effective interregional economic space. The explicit and implicit properties that have a significant influence on the development of subnational formations are singled out and emphasized on the importance of studying of the endangered properties (phenomena, processes, connections, etc.), which means not only barriers and complexities for the interregional economic space, but also potential opportunities . It is emphasized the importance of studying such a property as self-organization, which involves the creation of a set of similar elements with the same sequence and quality of connections.
The aggregate of new emergent properties, processes, and phenomena require research in terms of the probability of their onset, the power of influence on the interregional economic space and the opportunities that they provide. Investigation of the potential of the interregional economic space will allow assessing such influence and its threats for further development.
It is determined that for the formation of the interregional economic space with effective adaptive approaches to the transformation of the economy, a balanced policy of the state is necessary and continuous monitoring of economic and market manifestations connected, in particular, with the transformational processes of the world economic space.
