The article reveals the relevance of the study of the preconditions and peculiarities of the formation of the interregional economic space in a complex nonlinear system, which is an economic one. For the effective development of the regional economy, against the background of integration and globalization processes,
interregional economic space is one of the main requirements defined by the open economy. This process has
already begun, but its effectiveness is low. Factors (mobile and non-mobile) that distinguish the regions
among themselves, determine the specific features of regional development and hinder the development of
the interregional economic space. Among these factors, an important place is the migration of the population,
which stimulates the formation of economic poles in the regions. The factors contributing to the creation
of the interregional economic space and the market manifestations that are to be explored to overcome
obstacles in the way of its formation are presented.
The study of the dynamics of stated manifestations under the condition of a well-considered state policy
will create the preconditions for the formation of a platform of interregional economic space with effective
adaptive approaches to the transformational economy. The main vectors of state policy include: economic
autonomy of the regions, decentralization of power; assistance in the development of small and medium-sized businesses; implementation of the policy of economic equalization of territories and, consequently, reduction of migration activity of the population; reduction of income differentiation of the population; promotion of the development of markets based on the use of foreign experience; development and application of adaptation mechanisms to the conditions of an open economy and interregional economic space, etc.
