Abstract: Abstract: This article is devoted to assessing the impact of technology transfer on developing countries. The main purpose of the study is to determine the impact of production and technology transfer on the level of growth of developing countries. In order to achieve the goal, statistical data on research and development (R&D) expenditures, GDP, technology transfer and innovation development for 2014-2020 were analyzed. According to the results of the study, the countries investing in innovations have a great technological potential, which allows developing the economy more rapidly, than by capital accumulation. The most influential indicator of technology development is the level of spending in R&D.
