| Abstract: | The article is devoted to the study of synaesthetic metaphor gender peculiarities within the conversational English-speaking YouTube discourse. The analysis conducted within 47 samples (99 uses in speech) of the synaesthenic metaphor implies the absence of typically masculine or feminine features in the framework of metaphorical perceptual information transmission. |
