dc.description.abstract Disablement, as a social meaning, belongs to special citizens in any country in the world. Today, the population of people with special needs among the inhabitants of the planet reaches the figure of more than a billion people or 15%. The number of people with special needs in Ukraine is about 2.9 million. Almost 80% of this population are working age persons. But, unfortunately, it`s unfortunate to talk about equal opportunities for employment, adapted infrastructure and education for them. People with disabilities are not simply depend on out-of-pocket help - they are not in a position to overcome the informational, physical and psychological barriers. This state of affairs is shameful and unacceptable for a civilized European state. Because disability is not a verdict, people with special needs can and will become full-fledged and highly effective members of society, excellent specialists, socially active and cheerful people who can inspire a lot of people, including absolutely healthy members of our society. en_US
