dc.description.abstract In the article, the basic directions of the transformation of the labour market in the new economy are investigated. First, the mechanism of labour market regulation transformation process in the new economy is proposed, which includes the following structural elements: the purpose; principles; tasks; function; subjects of impact; influences; the main priority areas for the transformation of the labour market; the results of the transformation of the labour market on the basis of innovation. Second, the organizational and economic support of state regulation of the activities of vocational guidance system through the grouping of trends such activities is improved, which creates conditions for the development of vocational guidance systems, increasing the level of employment, the promotion of social support for young people in the process of adaptation to a competitive environment, the labour market, motivating to productive employment. en_US
